The main reason that I found interest in computer science came from my parents. They were both big computer nerds and they always have been since I was a young boy. My father and I even attempted to build a PC together when I was 14 years old, though it didnt run very well. These childhood memories, along with my abundant fascination with Artificial Intelligence built the stepping stones for my path towards a degree in Computer Science at FLCC.
My Expectations within this Field
My expectations for the computer science field are extremely high. With the advancements in technology changing before our eyes every day, the excitement to discover and experience something new and amazing everyday grows exponentially within me. I feel an adrenaline rush every time someone mentions a new advancement in robotics or software engineering. There are truly no limits to the human imagination!
Artificial Intelligence
My dream goal in this industry is to design an Artificial Intelligence Unit that would be able to accompany you wherever you went to assist you in your everyay tasks. (Similar to Cortana in the Haloseries. The unit would be able to give you live data about your surroundings, your vital signs, and other interesting things like Global Positioning services as well. The options are completely limitless with this one!
